  1. Points taken. 1. I didn't have to sign any document saying that I a US resident for media is, as a matter of fact they came to bedside strange enough I don't know how they know to do that or if it's a norm. 2. My baby was indeed premature but was healthy and was kept in the hospital for 2 weeks for observation, she was born in the middle of July and we came home in early September. Before doing so I made sure that she was ok to go. 3. My sister migrated to tortola since in the 80's , there she met and marry her now deceased husband who is from St Thomas, where she now resides as a citizen. My visit to the CO was 2 years ago. Feel free to advise me further.

  2. You clearly didn't read all my messages if you think am hell bent on coming to the US. Having a Visa doesn't mean every time I vacation it would be the US. And yes, I am trying to pay backbone my bill. I went to the US when I 25 weeks, last time I check a full term pregnancy is 40 weeks. My intentions was to spend 1 month which would have made the pregnancy 29 weeks, I had a lot of time to get to home country but I was hospitalized and placed on bedrest until confinement and was unable to full back home, again the baby was premature. I didn't go to have my baby but it happened and I can't undo it, trust me, if I could I would. It was my first and only pregnancy. Bottomline is, eveven though

Even though I want a Visa doesn't mean I will go to the US every time am online vacation.

  3. I know the hospital and have made the necessary contacts. I never said I would want to make continuous visits, a vacation away from the Caribbean is called for at times, just like how a vacation away from the cold to the Caribbean is needed at times too. I may want to visit my sister in the US virgin islands who is a US citizen. Am not asking for green card or permanent card , just a visitors visa but I guess that will never happen. So am I going to reapply for Vida again-I don't think so.

  4. Yes I am trying to do so. But someone told me that paying the bill after the fact wouldn't get me a Visa and that I would be wasting my money to even try to obtain a Visa again. I would love to take my daughter for a visit to the US, we came back to our homeland when she was less than 2 months. All in all, I thought children and their well-being were America's #1 priority. I have a home a mortgage, a working husband am a government employee, I do NOT want to overstay or live in the USA, is to vacation. Even though I will may never be able to obtain a Visa, I am still go to pay the bill.

  5. It was a non-immigrant visitors visa. While I was in the hospital a Medicare agent came to my bedside and offered me the service. I didn't pay the bill nor did I received one, don't know if it was posted to the previous address because I moved from where I was. The CO keep asking about who paid the bill, yet he is saying that we do not have enough money to make the trip, but he didn't even bother to view my supporting documents, so why come to a decision like that. I know it's the US born baby thing is the issue at hand.

  6. It's not like I went to the clinic to register. My feet were so swollen after the long flight that Friday, so I thought that the swelling will go down overnight, but by Monday they were still the same, hence the reason I went to the hospital, I was admitted for 7days , I was scheduled to return home at the ending of June having only gone for 1 month, I was given a medical letter to send home to say that I was on bedrest until confinement which was the ending August early September. However Labour was induced in July, I had a premature but healthy baby girl.
