    Going to send out our I- 130 through FedEx today...front loading it with about 250 pages and about 100 photos spand over our 3 year relationship.

    I am an American female, I converted in 2004. Do I need a certificate from an Imam here in the USA that I converted to Islam to get married in Egypt?

      Bryan cox runs it, he will know if that's correct way to go for visa. I just know k3 is an old visa barely used. Maybe cause you have a k1 visa on file they suggest this but most do cr1

      It's official, we got married. Alhamdulillah

      Yes, I've front loaded the K-1 and will also the I-130 and all required doc's and back up. This is not my first time going through immigration so I know what to expect. I too thought the K-3 was dead but kinda shocked when USCIS said to just keep the K-1 open and file I-130. I will call again just to confirm it.
