It's official, we got married. Alhamdulillah

Yes, I've front loaded the K-1 and will also the I-130 and all required doc's and back up. This is not my first time going through immigration so I know what to expect. I too thought the K-3 was dead but kinda shocked when USCIS said to just keep the K-1 open and file I-130. I will call again just to confirm it.

I am already in Egypt, skipped that document, yes it is stupid! We got married yesterday, our process will change to K-3 says USCIS unless they have no clue also (which is possible) So when I get back I will file I-130, says USCIS and both cases stay open....I hope this is correct.....
