Well, we just got an RFE from the Embassy.
Apparently the divorce decree for my husband's previous marriage is not the "final" one. What on Earth do they mean? We got married using this paper with no issues, it says divorce decree on it. What is it that they are asking for exactly? Problem is the divorce took place in another country and we cannot travel at this time to go get it!!! I am SO upset...another month gone!!!
Please tell me these things happen and it is just a bump on the road. Ugh!!!
