What form does my fiancé need to do so she can send out resumes to work in America legally? Also her k1 visa expires in a year. What do we do to get it permenatly? Thank you.

She will be arriving in America soon. Just hoping someone can tell me what the next steps are. I know getting married and social security number. What about for her to get a job? Is there any certain kind of paper to be filled out for this so she can apply soon? Also anything else we need to be doing as well to keep everything on track and going good! No worries your good. Neither my fiancé or I received any letter. Just make sure to print the receipt and bring with you so it shows you pay and have an appointment that day

How was your medical? For the interview appointment I just wanted to make sure that you also went and made your appointment on the website? She has the interview next the same day as you. She's just nervous..

I contacted the doctor in Paris and she said to have her do her X-ray and blood work with her personal doctor where she lives and to just bring that with her. I see now on their website it looks like 5 different thinks to be vaccinated from. Yes I'm hoping she has her police certificate. It's been kind of hard since she works at a restaurant almost everyday till around 1am most days which is why we kept getting delayed to gather the documents. But just the police cert and we are good. I also read that most people have the same time for the interview. I think you just all meet at a certain time than they call one person in at a time for the interview...

She lost her vaccine record book and doesn't know which shots to take but she took her blood test today from her doctor. Also she said that she was only able to order her police certificate online and it said it takes about 15 days. She did it on the 22nd. It comes from Rennes. Nice you probably will see her for sure than. Her medical is 3pm and interview is 9am.

My fiancé who is French has her medical on September 2nd and her interview on Septemeber 7th. She lost her vaccination record book. Will she be able to get her shots done at the medical? yes this just happened with me too. i just went online and paid the fee and scheduled the interview which is nice being able to pick the date. so when they say the letter from the consulate what are you going to bring along with the instruction page they said to print?

my french fiance and i are very close to completing this K1Visa! so i was told to go to this website usvisa-info.com to pay the fee and schedule the appointment which i did for mid september at 0900. After i payed in the instructions its says "you must print this instruction page and bring it with you to your consular interview, along with the letter you received from the Consular Section"

So are they talking about the Acceptance letter that i received, like the NOA2? i called and the website where i scheduled the interview and the guy said "Yes the day that you scheduled for the interview online is the day and time she has her interview" i have been reading things about people getting a letter for their appointment but we never received one. Will there be more posted this month or is this the only one for August? She still needs to do her medical before. Please help with this the appointment date is way too early in 2 days. My fiancé has finished the DS-160 and now are supposed to register online this website usvisa-info.com. She went through it and put in her ds160 number and everything but it's says for Paris that there are no appointments available? Is this normal and do we just need to go on everyday to check to see when one pops up? Thank yoh

She should me and it just says no consulate appointment Available. At the bottom it's say " there are no available appointments at this time. Please check back in a few days as the consular section will open more appointments"

Oh ok. So as of right now she is not seeing anything available to make an appointment just yet. I guess should she just keep trying everyday on the website until one opens up? Has this happened to you before? Also thank you for this doctor. Where are you now in this process? We just need to get an appointment date and than she will make the medical appointment. She went to the website you sent me and got to a part where it said no appointments available which was strange. Ok thank you! I got something from the NVC that told me to prepare for the visa interview but I guess they meant for her to prepare? I will call the embassy tomorrow and ask them about the medial. She speaks good English but I'm just worried she will have difficulty understanding someone speaking English to her too fast. I just sent her the i134 and letter of intent. Does she send it to the address that was on the top of the email I sent you? So she wont have any copies of the i129f with her either....
