Since my dad it is his first time here in US, is a there a fee to pay at Manila airport once he checked in there?

Whatever he wants to bring as food items he should leave behind as I'm sure he'll be able to find it at a Filipino store near you.
What food items are allowed to be transported into the USA.

Correct, if it is not allowed then don't try to sneak it in by wrapping it up and not declaring it. He must answer the questions honestly regardig ALL of his belongings (including checked bags).
I asked my co worker, cause her kids just got here too and they have brought food like the dried fish and it was good as long as it is not poultry... she said poultry food cook or uncooked is not allowed...

No. He should be OK. Make sure he isn't bringing any restricted items. They care about food items and I had some batteries confiscated!!!
He had some food like polvoron, and some dried fish but tightly wrapped... but as I remembered when I got here too I didnt declare anything... just want to make sure cause my dad he will travel by himself...

This guide will help. We paid aos fee, picked agent, then sent aos and iv packets, paid iv fee then ds260.
-
Ok... so before submiiting all the docs i need to pay the visa processing fee too...
-
So i can pay later the visa processing fee after i submit first the documents for affidavit of support right?
-
I paid already the $125 affidavit of support and i assigned myself as an agent (ds-260) of my parent for my petition to them... is it ok that i send first all the documents the i-864 then later on the visa processing fee of $325?
