Our case is in transit from the US to the Belgian consulate, my question is what is the next step, will my fiance receive his interview date with packet number 3?

Is there anything he can be doing while waiting for package number 3?

Trying to figure out the next steps, any information would be appreciated.

Hello....we received info about our case and were told that it was sent to the consulate last Thursday, March 18th....obviously with recent events I understand that it might take longer to be received by the consulate in Brussels, my question was, when will we receive our interview date? Is that included in package number 3 or will that come later?

We received our I-129F approval on February 23rd and our waiting for information from the NVC, how will we hear from the NVC? Will paperwork just be delivered to my fiances home?

Or is their a place I should be checking if the NVC received the case, etc?

Any information would be appreciated.

We received our NOA1 on January 5th, 2016, and just received our NOA2 on February 23rd on the USCIS website, our paperwork was at TSC and transferred to CSC.

I am from the US, my fiance is Belgian, we applied for the K-1 visa and are waiting for our NOA2.

I was layed off in October and just started a job two weeks ago, will this effect the visa process because it is a new position without much work history or are they just looking for employment when filing?
