My fiancé and I will be getting married this month in Canada. I am a Canadian and he is an American!
From there I will be applying for my green card so I will be able to move to the USA to live and work and reside with him!
My manager for the company I work for is willing to get my transferred within the company to Windsor, ON so I may still work until I am granted my green card! Am I able to work in Canada while living across the border in Detroit?
Do I need any special visas?
Do you know how long the green card process may take by going this way?
Does anyone have any insight! We are already doing long distance and it's getting very frustrating! We just don't want to be not working!
I've tried to read these articles and see what process seems the best but it becomes very overwhelming. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much in advance!
