I am waiting for nvc process to get completed however when my fiance called nvc was told to call after 35working days that's almost 1 and a half months.. and we are on 10 working days approx from date of approval..what more checks are going to happen there? And that's a really long wait I feel.. and when she asked if they received our case the answer was still the same. So I guess we will have to wait it out that time period or if there is any other way to find out..

Has anyone with a NOA2 as of 23 February 2016 heard from NVC saying you package has been received yet. When I call I they only say it takes up to 35 days to receive the package. I just want to see If anyone else has heard any different. Thanks

Sorry!! I was on 26th Feb but not heard or received any info.. I will surely update if any progress.

Guys I just checked uscis and from 2nd March there is going to be an update on their system so mostly online updates and file submition would not be updated till few days.. kindly check and update your self ... just thought will share this if relevant to anyone.

Thank you people so far so good no we did not meet on dating website we met through mutual friends and thank you for informing that education has nothing to do with this k1 visa case. I am a business man here in india and she is a teacher in usa, so mostly our papers are accurate as per their guidelines and in our case it's more like love arranged as both are families are happy with our decisions and participating equally in everything.I also read an advise here on this thread about medical and upon investigating further I can only do that once the mumbai india counslet sends me lists of test and recommended doctor by them so I guess I will have to wait it out.

I feel from Mumbai india I am the only person for Jan 2016 applicant for k1 visa and rest are from various parts of the world.

I have also asked my partner to try and come to india during our interview time and stay with me for 2 months during her school holidays hope this could also be considered ..

Coz for them it's just the case and for us there is lots at stake and cannot afford to be separated any further then what we already are going through.

I have hired a lawyer today to take ahead my case from here till the end as I can't keep worring about what's going to happen it's really bad feeling and no 1 suld go through this few more dollars gone but atlist I can focus on my business and life I hope I did correct. I am constantly going to update as I feel you guys were fantastic. And I hope we get happiness at the end of this emotional rollacoster of process wait.

Yes I have divorce decree,pcc india, pcc uk applied suld recieved in 10 days, proofs of meet in person, our engagement ceremony in Muslim church pic, our families pics together, and her financial sponcer letter ..

All with me .and submitted with i 129 all the listed documents..

It's just what next and will my previous attempt of visit visa be an issue and also did not complete my education.

Plz let me know if anyone has a knowledge in this .. and also I did my timeline it says 2noa by 21st to 24th feb

Hello people first of all this forum is been a great help to me .. providing lil info on my side have recieved noa1 on 13th Jan 2016 and I am waiting for the next noa2 any idea approx by when to expect it?.

My partner filed it to texas and is processed in csc I guess figured it out by reading different threads.. I am currently in india mumbai and one of my main concerns were I was in uk to study how ever did not finish it as fell in love and it was my world then so got married but down the line it did not work so came back to india and staying here since more than five years with my family .. never been a defaulter and all the divorce documents are as per norms and ready with me from UK as I was under eea family visa catogary. Then met this girl and heaven was under my feet again after 5 years of being alone and it's been more than 10 months we together got engaged in india with all my family and hers present.snaps attached with the file.

But before we got engaged I tried visiting usa by tour so we could see each other but was not given a visa and was told to try again.. will this affect our case...

Any advice or help would be appreciated. .
