I booked the Medical + Biometrics for the 13th and Interview on the 17th... here's to hoping these next 2 weeks go by fast

If a cover letter needed to respond to a RFE?

No concrete idea but I've been sitting here thinking about it a bit... and honestly it could be anything from passport pics sizing to maybe they'll ask for another copy of my U.S. birth certificate. I had the original, original one from birth. I figured what better certified copy than the original hahaha But now that I think about it, it's rather old so maybe I should go get another certified copy just in case.

Also, what I just thought of is maybe they're asking for a copy of her tourist visa and the tourist permits from the dates she's been here to the U.S. to visit. I didn't include that - completely slipped right by me since I was so much more focused on the list of requirements rather than looking at it from the outside perspective and sending EVERYTHING I could think of hahaha

Got our RFE today...as expected. My fiance forgot to put his birth certificate in our packet

He says he received the hard copy on Feb. 5th not the NOA1 ... But yes you are still inside normal processing time there are quite a few from January still waiting. And normal processing for CSC is 5 months. Hope you get it soon.

We received the hardcopy of our NOA1 last February 5. Still waiting for our NOA2 or RFE. Are we still in the normal waiting range?

Hi fellow January applicants! Our application was filed last January 22. Received our NOA1 last January 29. Now waiting for a RFE because my fiance forgot to put a copy of his birth certificate in our packet.
