hi everyone, my interview has been scheduled for July ending.. I will like to seek your advise on my case. I have a daughter who is 2 years old and my current wife is 21 years older than me. what are my chances of getting the visa and what evidence will hv to provide to obtain my visa. thnk you

we dont have any joint sponsor. so we are waiting to file for a new income tax returns....

Hi all, I couldn't receive the hard copy of my NOA1 in the mail.but a couple of days ago I tracked the case and I realized the NOa1 hard copy was returned to USCIS.. because the post office couldn't deliver. But my wife didn't get any email pertaining to the NOA1 being at the office.

We have request for another notice. I hope my wife will get it this time.

Please, will this have effect on our case??

my wife sent my petition on the 25/03/16... I received my first NOA 1 as an email that my case has been routed to Nebraska but I have not yet recieved the hard copy of the receipt in the mail. any advice...
