My friend booked a fight for her fiance to come to usa. Fight required covid negative test. On his way to the clinic he lost his passport with his k1 visa issued. We think it fall out of his pocket. We already request a new passport. My question do you think the embassy will reissue the k1 visa?

I can't recall but I think 3 months 

My husband now who came on a k1visa was in AP for 6 months and there nothing really you can do beside send email and they respond the same email as if it's robotic 

Back in 2015 of February my fiance at that time was also stuck in AP for 6 months they kept his passport in the 6 month they asked to do another medical exam which he did once at was send a month later he got his visa he had to go pick it up. They also gave him a slip mark case under AP

On the top that's it says immigrant or non-immigrant

Soon it will be issued good luck 

When you send an email to the embassy did you select the topic about receiving documents 

They gave him a yellow slip with Mark Ap

They will not give you any additional information if the case is under AP did they give you any kind of slip

Did they keep your passport? At the end of the interview did they tell you anything or have you anything?

Hi there my husband now was in AP for 8months before getting his visa he was also under k1 visa

They send an email to go to the medical office to get the exam redone.. we check the ceac site and saw it says issued and then we check on the site to pick passport from Pakistan once we saw ready to pick my fiance went his self to get it they did not call because he went

He got his visa Oct and his interview was in Feb

What kind of visa did you apply for?? My fiance was under AP for 8 months and than his visa was issued

My fiance had his interview back in Feb 2015 with 2 guys at the sometime and was put on AP for 8 months and finally gave him his visa

Therefore is normal what kind of questions they asked

There is nothing to be sorry about this is normal in some cases.. my fiance had to resend a new medical records

The embassy send an email to my fiance to complete a new one. I believe they will send you an email too look through your email even in the junk email

My fiance has been waiting for 8 months and still no visa issue they gave him also the 221 mark AP every time we sent an email to the embassy they keep saying the cases under AP and there's nothing really we can do just said and wait

We also been 8 months under AP

Oh no that's sad I hope we are not going to be next my case is under AP for 6 months already.

My fiance had is interview back in February they also gave him 221g white been 6 months and he has not got any updates still under AP.

His medical exam will expire next week not sure how that goes

My fiance had his interview back in February and our case on the ceac site shows still ready for interview. I also contact the embassy and they stated on the email his case is under AP which does not reflect on the site. I ask them why is still shows ready for interview they were unable to answer my question.

In my situation our case on the ceac never moved to AP it still says ready for interview i email the embassy so many times regarding this matter all they can do is send me the same robotic email.

I called the department of state they said they see AP

I do not understand why i do not see that on the site
