It's been 2 months since we sent my RFE, my medical records sealed and signed by a Civil Surgeon. Nothing's change with my online case status. And no, I don't have RFE. So it's possible to travel to the states as long as we have our AOS copy and receipt??

Is this still applicable in 2016?
We are in the same boat right now and we're wondering if we can travel from Guam to Mississippi?
Thank you!?

Hi guys!! I'm waiting for my AOS/Green Card in the mail, it's been like 2 months and we still haven't received it yet. No more RFE though. I am wondering, can I travel from Guam(US territory) to Mississippi without my Green Card? Coz all we know is that I can't go out the US. Thanks! And God bless!

How long do you guys think before the next mail? Or did some of you guys experience this and did they send your green card after that?
-
Oh, I see. We'll try to go there tomorrow and do that. Thanks for the help! We appreciate it

Oh! And since they told us that, that record is the only thing that we need to get from them- Military physicians.

To respond to the RFE, it seems you need to take the vaccination record you received from the military clinic to a designated civil surgeon and get an I-693. The civil surgeon can give you a copy and should seal the original in an envelope for you to send to the USCIS. Find a civil surgeon > https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor
HELLO! Thanks for the response. And hmm, I checked that link and I read something about Military:
"Military physicians are authorized to perform immigration medical exams at a military treatment facility within the United States for U.S. veterans, members of the U.S. military and designated dependents."
Does this mean that I don't need to find a civil surgeon off base and the sealed result anymore? Since they gave me the complete Medical records already.

Hi everyone!
We got a letter from USCIS and they want us to send RFE- Immunization. The letter says:
The following document(s) are needed before we can proceed with your application:
□ Immunization supplement completed by an INS authorized physician. NOTE: The immunization supplement must be submitted to INS in a sealed envelope from the physician.
Complete the form and return to the address at the top of the page.
My husband is working in the military and they gave me the complete results for my Vaccine Records. But that's it.They said that a sealed envelope is not required and that all we have to do is send the vaccination record they gave us (DD form 2766C) attached to the RFE and I-693 part 7 that the USCIS also sent us. Is this correct and will it be enough for them? Thanks!

Did your status change online?
No, it actually didn't change. It still says that my Interview is Scheduled. :/

I mean December 29th. Sorry

Hey guys, my Husband and I attended our Interview last January 29th, and the lady who interviewed us said that our application is approved and we just need to wait 2-3 weeks to get the Green Card in the mail. We're planning to travel to another country soon, and I need the Green Card. But it has been 6 weeks and it is not here yet. Is there anyone who experienced the same thing? Any advice about what to do, or where to go from here?
And if we're gonna file for Advanced Parole, how long does it gonna take?
I hope you can help us. Thanks!
