the Priority Date not yet current in 2012 because of retrogression in 2011 i just submitted ds 230 together with my parents because we received the aos fee bill. and the next step is submitting ds230. then 2013 we recieved payment fee in IV but my name is not included although i submitted ds230 in 2012.

and submitted again ds230 in 2013 because i thought they just forgot my name

Is this sought to acquire submitting ds230??

in 0ct2014 the PD is current. i ask the nvc about cspa they told me im not eligible because im over 21 years old.

but i read a lot of article about cspa then i decided to try again to contact the nvc and ask about cspa and they told me im not eligible and email the us embassy manila because they forward all the information.

then i email the the us embassy manila about cspa and they told me if you think im eligible, submit ds260 and pay iv fee and schedule for an interview

please help me im confuse

and our priority date is jun 1 1993.
