this may very be my last post here. 2 weeks ago I was unexpectedly served divorce papers, by my soon to be ex husband.... and among other things I discovered that the I 130 petition filed in July 2015 had been approved since October 2015 and had been at NVC since december1 2015. My husband had been feigning and lying to me about this for about a year now. Even going as far as to reassure me that the paperwork is out of his immediate control. I pray the courts annul the marriage, rather than to grant a divorce

my husband filled i130 for me in july of 2015, and got an rfe which was answered in september ending of 2015, up to date there is no response from USCIS, I wonder if the delay in my case is due to pending security checks.......i guess you and i are in the same boat more or less......i can only encourage you to hang in there ......... i guess noa2 will come sooner or later

the rfe asked for g325 a biographical forms and passport sized photos....im just afraid that USCIS may have misplaced the i130 form or they may have chosen not to process it.....

i mean that the response to the rfe was sent in september ending of 2015.... making d i 130 pending for over 15 months now

please vj members has anyone among you had an i 130 approval that came after more than 9months of submitting your petition? I haven't heard anything from my hubby to this effect...wondering when this nightmare will end and if I can actually get a new life in the US with hubby...pls I'd like to hear from those who are or have been in this situation

hi all just want to ask your opinion. my birth certificate indicated that I was born on 30th of September. however i was told by my mum that I was born at midnight which is October 1.this is the date which was used in filing my I 130 petition. I have used the October ist date for all my government documents for the past six years. if the immigration authorities find out about this; do you think it could cause issues in processing my cr1 or IR1 visa. pls I need ur responses because this matter is causing me grave worries.
