    my ead was approved and mailed to me today but my AP status has not changed since case was received .i just got an update today on my AP case stating ...On February 3, 2016, we certified the approval of your Form I-131, Application For USCIS Travel Document, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXX, and sent it to the appropriate appellate office. That office will send you a final decision. ..

    I am confused I don't understand what this means
