Hello,
I just re-read the checklist that the NVC sent us and it said that the below was required:
Evidence of Support (I-134) and photocopy of IRS transcript or photocopy of the most recent Federal income tax return.
I am wondering if the I-134 will suffice or if they do in fact need a copy of my tax return? I have completed the I-134, but haven't sent a copy of my tax return. I can send a copy of my tax return (I just realized that they may need it) but I am under a time crunch. Will this prevent or delay a Visa issuance?
Your advise is invaluable,
Thank you <3

Hi Sev15,
Thank you for your prompt response. She did in fact travel on the visa waiver, which I thought was a travel visa. I suppose this isn't technically a visa? There is no option for a visa waiver on the DS-160 form. I wonder if she should answer no??

Thanks Everybody!
She ended up needing to travel to a neighboring town and went to 4 different stores before she could find one who could do it, but it is done.

Hello Everyone,
We are on the homestretch and looking forward to the end of all the confusing questions. On the DS 160 there is a section that asks about prior US travel. My fiancé has traveled to the US on a 90 travel visa before. When the question is answered yes, it then asks for a visa number which is unknown as there has never been hard paperwork associated with the 90 travel visas obtained before. The subsequent questions do not seem to apply so we are wondering if the form is looking for non-immigrant visas, specifically travel visas. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!

My fiance and I have applied for a K1 visa. We recently received an instruction packet for what is needed for the consulate interview in Dublin. Part of the requirement is very specific photograph specifications for Medical Examination/Immigrant Visa:"The photograph should measure 2 inches square (roughly 50 mm square) with the headcentered in the frame. The head (measured from the top of the hair to the bottom of thechin) should measure between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (25 mm to 35 mm) with the eye levelbetween 1 1/8 inches to 1 3/8 inches (28 mm and 35 mm) from the bottom of the photo."Unfortunately, of all things, it has been surprisingly difficult to get photos to that exact specification. Would visa photos taken by the local pharmacy for an Irish standard passport be sufficient? The website makes it seem like the specifications are very strict. https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/photos/photo-composition-template.html Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Had awful problems with that site too. Tech support were nearly a week sorting an issue. I had to cancel an appointment as I couldn't pay the fees. can't registery new date either, but I'll have my confirmation of payment email and registration email, so I'm hoping that's enough
