Wow congrats and thanks for sharing your experience with everyone on the forum. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of evidence did you bring to the interview?
I brought everything that I sent in the initial package and all the originals of documents that I sent with it. I also brought any new filed taxes for 2015 for us and my mom.
Property deeds, bank statemnets, insurance for car and life, credit cards, but she saw none if these--only ids, passports, taxes.

Had my interview today at 7.20 am in NYC and was there at 7:10 am (arrived at 6:45 am). A lady called us in. She sworned us first and then started to ask questions such as where we live, and checked the original documents that we presented as well as IDs and passports.
Then ahe asked who is the person signing for the affidavit and my mother was there. She asked her a couple of questions and then asked us if we filed taxes, we provided a copy and then she asked us to confirm all questions in the I-485, which answer was all NO!
Then she asked if we had any questions, we said no. Then she said that we should expect the card between 4-6 weeks if everything is OK.
Three hours later I receieved texts stating that the card was ordered and three hours later the card is in production.
So, I guess my journey is almost over and hope to receive the GC in a week or so--maximum 30 days

Got combo card and approval notices on Friday!!! I have my interview tomorrow!!! I had to prepare another similar file to the one previously submitted, bringing originals, copies, and I think photos would be good--but, I have been married more than 20 years!!! Do I really need photos? Or copies of life insurance, property records and bank accounts should suffice???
-
It just says card Approved in bright neon green!!!
But that is on the application--I assume that I will receive it by the end of this week!!! And Monday the interview. I knew that I would have to go through one as I am adjusting based on a F3 category.
-
I got morning texts and emails that my I-131 and I-765 were processed and an hour ago got texts saying they were approved!!!
I am quite happy as I need to travel by mid May!!!
I will have my interview next Monday!!! Anyone here from NYC?

Hi guys!!! Just want to share the great news today!!! I received a text that says that I am scheduled for an interview on April 18!!!
I can't believe it went so fast!!! ???
-
OK, been up since 4 am and want to blame it on the pouring rain right now, but the truth is that I am very anxious as I have an 8 am biometrics appointment that I don't want to miss!!' ???
-
Got my biometrics today!!! Appointment scheduled for March 02 at Port Chester!!! ???
-
My husband and I applied for AOS based on F3 category. Today I received his biometrics appointment for March 02!!! ???
Mine is missing and hope that I will receive it tomorrow!!! ????
We filed the package together!!!

Just received my Biometrics interview date for February 25th.
Did you register in My case in USCIS? If so, did you see anything in that regard? I saw your timeline and says that you got your NOA on Feb. 02, I hope that I will get mine soon... ???

Did anyone send in evidence of co-mingling with your i-485 AOS packet? I was following the guides and it had no mention of needing to include it, that it was something to gather and have prepared for the future interview. But now i'm worried because I happened upon a thread today where they were telling others to front load. Ugh. If it is something that is needed, the guides should be updated...
I din't think you need that, this is why they do interviews, I guess. Imagine thousands of people sending photos, which could sometimes be fake, those are not evidence.
-
Sadly I'm the only one that hasn't gotten anything and i am worried as I did not make copies of the medical sheet and I don't have money to redo it and another $1070 for the AOS
If all goes according to the trend I am seeing, you should get your notification today at midnight!!! Let us know!!!

Seems that we have all gotten our NOAs by now, either text or letter... Has anyone received anything reg. Biometrics appointment?
-
Every prospective immigrant has his or her own priority datethe date that either USCIS first received the I-130 filed by your family petitioner.
One question, in the NOA letter, did everybody got an alien number??? Just checking.
-
I got all NOA's in the mail today ??? but noticed that my husband's receipt for I-485 was missing the priority date as well as category. I wonder if it is meant to be like that as I am the principal applicant and he is secondary--as my mom is the one requesting for me and him.
I also got an alien number in it--anyone who got NOA's had an alien number as well???

Thanks you two!
Does anyone know when we find out which USCIS office is handling our paperwork (after it has been processed at the national benefits center)? Is it in the hardcopy of our NOAs? I'm assuming it will just be our local office, but I heard that sometimes cases get sent elsewhere to even out the workload distribution. I'm hoping that happens to us because the Seattle office is really backlogged. It would be nice to not wait 8 months for my husband's green card.
If you look at your case number, it has 3 letters at the beginning--those letters indicate which office is handling your case. Good luck!!! I got MSC...I just hope they are quick!!!

I was worrying about my case as my husband got one notification for EAD, and I got nothing... I told him that he should be getting two more emails or texts as they send a notification for each application; AOS, AP, EAD... His answer was that he got many texts and emails since Feb. 4 at midnight and he deleted them thinking it was the same thing!!! I asked him to retrieve them and forward me the emails, when I looked each case it was regarding each of our applications for all documents!!! Not sure if this is normal, but now I am waiting for hard copies to arrive and then biometrics appointment. Anyone has an idea of what happens next?
-
I sent both, my husband's and my AOS together in the same package. He got his NOA-1 yesterday at midnight, and today I checked his status and says that I-765 has been received and they are sending a letter telling him how they will process his case.
Meanwhile, I am waiting for anything regarding my case. I only know that they cashed both of our checks.
In case you are wondering, I am doing AOS, based on F3. Thus, I am the principal applicant and he is spouse.
-
Hi everyone! My husband and I sent off our AOS paperwork at the very end of January. USPS says it's been delivered, but we're still waiting on our NOA1. Hope it comes soon!
-
Hi, I am a February filler, and have a question, my checks have been cashed today, but haven't received any text regarding status, NOA-1?
Has this happened to anyone? And I included the text update form...
-
Received 3x NOA in the actual mail today. Next stop, Biometric letter I guess.

My mom came along as she is the petitioner--and she had to show her ID and passport, as well as her latest tax for 2015.
