My husband and I are in Tegucigalpa, Honduras right now. Just finished up his medical exam yesterday and we have his visa interview (IR-1) next Wednesday. We have the very specific police certificate for Honduras, but in an email from the NVC it said that you will need a police certificate for every country you lived in for over 6 months. He lived in America as an undocumented immigrant for almost 10 years, no other country besides Honduras also. My dad did some research and found out that we did not need a police certificate for the USA. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks in advance!
