According to the rate of approved petitions shared in this forum, I think that CSC is more consecutive than VSC when it comes of ROC processing. California focuses on processing of petitions filled in one whole month. Vermont is more like all over the place. I am not going to be surprised if Vermont starts processing July without finishing June and we can see the first July petitions approved around April 15th.

I am sorry but could not get that. Do you mean that they have till October to process June cases?
