    Hello,

    I am currently filling out the petition to get my fiance over to the US. I was just wondering if it is possible to use a joint sponsor even if you meet the poverty line requirement. The situation is I had one job where the business filed bankruptcy and shut down and another where I was laid off; so, I had four jobs in one year and am worried that despite my meeting the income requirement as shown on my W-2s that having four jobs will look bad. I still live with my parents and m father made 400% over the poverty line for a household income of 4 so I didn't know if he and I could both file the 1-134 or if it has to just be me since I met the requirement.
