I have read in a few post that if your case exceed 180 days , uscis could approve ur i 485. I dont know how truth is that.

Hey i just got an email from my lawyer saying your i485 in security check so its a delay on your case. Its been almost a year since my i i360 was approve. How much longer do i wait for this clearance to be clear ? Any help would be greatful

I 360 was approve and i check online and iy still saying rfe have been receive. Its been 9months since i got my approval letter. Also my i 485 have been pending. I got a letter saying my file was transfer to my local office and then i went in for info pass and was told my case is not with them and its still at vermont. I dont understand what the hell is going on. I have been reading online and everyone is saying after approval of i360 its take about 3 to 8to get transger and interviewe i am so worried about whats going on. Any adice would be greatful. Have anyone been in this poition ?

I did call like 5 times. It was file at the vermont service center and the letter i got state it was transfer to my local office which is nyc.i am so stressed out.

Hey everyone i applied for i360 in sept 2013 and got my approval in june2015 and my i485 was transfer on oct 2014. I wen for infopass twice and my local,office is telling my i485 is not there but i do have a letter stating my i485 is at my local office. I dont know whats going on

.... please any advice would be great. Another question, can vermont aprrove i485 base on approve i360 ? And also when should i expect an interview ?
