  1. Hey everyone!!! My fiancee and I are waiting for her interview day! Just about a week away! My question is, I recently moved and the address on the I129f and all other supporting documents she has for the interview have my old address on them. We weren't planning on me finding a new apartment so quickly. So how and who do we change the address with? I see multiple answers saying not to worry about it or to contact the USCIS. But since the case is now out of their hands do we just contact the US Embassy in Stockholm? Thank you for the help!

  2. Sorry let me be more clear, my COO wrote, "Morgan is paid an hourly rate of $8.75 and will also receive training commissions of $6.00 per workout supervised. The company average for is currently $19.47 per hour.".

    So should I put the $8.75 salary or the company average? I work full time (six days a week) and I just don't want to put anything down that can ruin our chances of getting approved!

    I hope someone can answer this for me!

    Thanks again everyone!

  3. Hey everyone! I'm getting ready to send over my affidavit of support paperwork to my fiancee and I just have a quick question that I can't seem to find by googling. I'm a personal trainer and make a base pay of $8.75/hr but I train two clients/hr and it averages to $19.89/hr. My employer put in the "letter of employment that I make a base rate of $8.75/hr but average $19.89/hr and work six days a week. Do I put the base rate of pay or my average pay?

    Thank you for your help!

  4. Hey everyone! I'm filling out the affidavit of support for my fiancee and I was wondering If I'm a natural US citizen through birth, which line do I feel out and where can I find that number;

    • a. If a U.S.citizen through naturalization,give Certificate of Naturalization number
    • b. If a U.S.citizen through parent(s) or marriage, give Certificate of Citizenship

    Thanks for the help!

  5. Hey everyone! I was issued an RFE on January 28th, 2016 and I just received it in the mail today. I saw on another thread that RFE's require cover letters, but the thread was in regard to lack of evidence for that couple. My RFE is that I just forgot to check a box. Do I still need to write a cover letter for this RFE? Or just send it in with the original blue RFE cover ontop? Can't wait to hear back!!!

  6. Hey everyone! I checked on my application online this morning and it says they sent out an RFE on January 28th 2016. So just three days ago. Obviously I don't know what the RFE is for but should I be worried? It seems as if it's mainly small mistakes that are easy to fix from what I've read about other RFE's. Our K1 visa is being processed in California and I've read that usually it gets approved after 10 days after receiving the RFE.
