I have to inform the NVC that my fiancee's address has changed (she moved back to her home country). The USCIS had the corrected information, but somehow did not get the updated information to the NVC and the NVC sent the application to the wrong embassy. I was told to email the NVC. It has been two days and no response. Any experience with this?

Hi,
Thank you for your helpful replies. I am indeed a newbie. It looks like I/my fiancee will have to contact the embassy. In other's experiences, how easy is it to get to speak to a representative? Just curious. I tried to call the number for US callers but they are closed now - will try again.
