At this point not everyone is qualified for electronic processing. Please confirm with NVC regarding your qualifications.
You are not required to send Petitioner documents as it is spose visa. It is only applicable if you are sponsoring your parents or siblings.

I guess this isn't applicable to our application from what I was told and I didn't include any and got a case complete. Typically this is in the event of sponsoring a child, this is what the NVC agent told me.
