Yes thats not the bad at all but the expenses I am talking about are for those requirements that will entail for her late registration...maybe like an affidavit or like a newspaper publication, stuff like that oh btw, where u from in the PI?

as i remembered with my applications before, we did submit photocopies and originals are with me during the interview or otherwise they would ask the original copy and my husband made a cover letter with all the list of documents being submitted plus we made a copy of the documents too for our record.

Yes, they said they will go to the NSO office for a late registration but still don't know what would be the requirements for that since her baptismal is sure had a different name on it, we don't know where the hell she got that Yolanda name...LOL but hopefully we will get a good feedback on it so we can do what's right.
I also read a forum here that said to call the local USCIS office and ask regarding those kind of concerns., but still want to fix her name there in the PI so everybody can benefit from it. It just sucks how long and how costly over there to fix those problems.

I came here using the K-1 visa and used her name as Yolanda since that's the one indicated on all of our birth certificates and other records. We've been using that since birth. Since her birth was not registered, the local city health on our place said to go to where she was born and get her baptismal and maybe start from there.

I registered here for me to get a quick response or suggestions that may help me, yes I've been reading in the PSA website and their site just didn't give me a satisfaction for the answers that I want and also I had been asking some friends who had a problem on their names and yes they gave me advise where to start the process.
And to F&J, our BC, baptismal and maybe also the school records

I am a LPR and already submitted my N-400 for citizenship. My husbnd wants my mom to come for a visit but she had a problem on her name. She got 3 different names on the 3 documents:( but the names we used since birth is Yolanda which is not on her BC and Baptisma Cert. Anyone has the same problem with me? Please I need an advice on what to do about this and thank you in advance.

For me the best way for you to do is call a local USCIS and ask about it so you will be guided properly, what d u think other members?
