And we called them a few times so far. They said that no letters were back to the USCIS as undelivered letters.

So it seems like they haven`t sent anything to us or a postoffice works bad.

Oh, it seems like almost everybody got a letter about the interview or was transferred to the California.

I`m the only one here who haven`t got a letter about biometrics appointment even!

They touched my case May 17, June 7, June 10. And still nothing!!! (NOA1 date is April 26)

We are going to call them again tomorrow :-(

I hate this process too! No information about biometrics even! BUT! I got a letter from USCIS that says that a person listed bellow called about changing the address. It has my name. But the case number is not mine and there were written that the law only allow to call about your own case.

I checked this number online on their site and it said they got those petition January, 16.

Damn it! IT IS NOT MY CASE!!! Why did they send this to me?! My husband was so surprised. We both tried to understand what it means. No way.

They had better sent me an invitation for biometrics, instead if sending wrong letter about wrong case :-(

We just called to USCIS to make sure that we didn`t miss any letters from them. And a lady checked the case and said that they haven`t sent us anything.

So, 1 month and no news about appointment for the biometrics even...

Does it depend on local office or what?

Did you try to call to the 1-800 number??? ot to make an INFOPASS??? Those are the two things that I would be thinking of doing!

We haven`t called them yet, but I thought about it already. Just call streight to the USCIS Customer Service at 1 - 800 - 375 – 5283?

We live kind of far away from the Office (10hours by car) to go for Infopass. And I was wondering if it is an appropriate time already to ask them - 1 month after NOA1 date.

Our NOA1 date is April, 26. And there is no information since that time. They touched our cases (AOS and EAD) on the May, 1.

I thought they sent an invitation for biometrics. But we still got nothing from them. Information online is that on April, 26, we got your petition and bla-bla-bla.

What am I supposed to do?

Just wait? When are we allowed to call them and ask about the appointment for the biometrics?

Is there any way to check if they ever sent me anything besides NOA1-letter?

We mailed our answer to RFE 3 weeks ago (July, 10th). And there is no one news since that time. How could we find out if they recieved our RFE??? Help please
