      Thanks for following up. We decided to leave it with the American Embassy in Hong Kong. She's actually going home to the Phils next week and will fly back to Hong Kong for her medical and interview. We didn't want to chance changing it and delaying things. It took 109 days noa1 to noa2 so things are finally getting close! Have a great day!
