FINALLY GOT THE NOA-2 IN THE MAIL TODAY. DID NOT GET A NOTICE IN MY E-MAIL. NOW IT'S ON TO NVC AND MORE WAITING.

could you tell me the process and timeline from the time you went to manila please? medical,interview etc....

my fiance will have to go through it also and she wanted to know the approx. timeline for this..

I got the email from uscis that they sent out my rfe on sept16th. I still have not received it yet. I gave it some time because we all know about snail mail. Now its been 2 weeks and i need to do something. Can anyone give me an idea how to find out where it was sent and how to request they send me another one. I gave them the address change but they might have still sent it to the lawyer whom i have severed ties with. I went thru csc. thank you all in advance for your help.

yes i also had a triple email today. looks like it's for the same thing but i'm not sure. maybe someone out there could help sort this out?

I too got my NOA1 on june 14th and never got a touch since then. I'm starting to get discouraged sometimes.

Just curious how many here filed after March 6, but before the new forms were available who haven't received the IMBRA RFE?

I thought I remember reading in one of threads that USCIS stated that all IMBRA RFE's would be mailed off by the end of June. I have yet to receive anything - nor has my case been 'touched' since June 14th.

I have not received the RFE yet either. I filed in may. NOA1 on June 14th.

Yes i never got a notice in the mail. somehow it got lost. i finally got the receipt number from a lady at uscis. i was surprised at how friendly she was.

HOW MUCH LONGER DO I WAIT TO EVEN GET A NOTICE FROM CSC THAT THEY RECEIVED MY I-129. MY LAWYER FILED IT ON MAY 25TH AND I HAVE'NT HEARD ANYTHING YET. IT'S GETTING HARDER TO TELL MY FIANCEE THAT I HAVE NO NEWS TO TELL HER.IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN CHECK ON IT? I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME INPUT ON THIS. THANK YOU

im going home today for lunch to check my mailbox. should anything appear aside from the mail stuffers that come from my friendly supermarket chains, i will let you guys know. I havent been touched nor have i received any emails regarding my status since March 20th (thats when i actually enrolled in the status checks on the USCIS website.) i feel like an idiot checking my email account as well as the uscis website for any updates every hour but like the rest of vjers, we are all still waiting to hear from the ever so loveable CSC. ....

you know it's been over a month since i filed my 1-129 with the csc and i have'nt even been notified that they received it yet..it's making me very frustrated because i can't even tell my fiancee whats going on..

She spoke to Cali & they said CSC should mail all RFEs out by Friday this week! YAY!
