I was just checking my email at work and BAM, it hit me like a ton of bricks!!! WE GOT APPROVED!!! WHOA, I don't even know what to do with myself know!

I'm so thrilled! I just emailed my fiance and he doesn't even know yet! I can't wait for his return email with shouts of joy, too!

My fiance gave me a copy of his I-95, but there is no expiration date on it.

On the I-129F, it asks for the expiration date of the I-95. What should I do? Any advice?

I'm new around here, but I am a U.S. citizen with a South African fiance. Our situation is unique - I live in California and he works on a cruise ship out of Los Angeles and we see each other once a week when his ship docks.

I am filling out the I-129F form and it asks for his "Arrival/Departure Record (I-94) Number, "Date of Arrival" and then "Date authorized stay expired, or will expire as shown on I-94 or I-95."

He has an I-95, not an I-94, so we don't think this question applies to my fiance, but then it mentions the I-95 expiration date. His I-95 does not have an expiration date listed.

ANY ADVICE?
