I guess I'll get the same answer then. That sucks.
I expedited due to job offer for financial loss without having a co sponsor and I had no problems with it! I also already made the experience that you'll get a different answer to the same questions from different people so just try until you get someone who helps you

I don't believe you can contact field offices by telephone directly.

I know but no matter for what field office you'll google, you'll always get that number . It's the national service center I already called this number

That's the normal number of the service center :/

but the normal one works

@kat&eddie congratulations, can you please throw more light and explanation on how you went about the expedite of EAD and your possible mail details if you don't mind. thanks a lot in anticipation.
Thanks
i just called uscis and explained that I want to expedite my ead because I have a job offer and they put in the request, then they asked for proof a few days later and I sent the letter from my employer as proof

hey guys : ) hope you've all been doing well! have any of your case statuses updated in receipt of biometrics yet? just wondering how long it took for you. it's only been a week today since the appt so i figure it's fine but i just wanted to check in case it was supposed to be an immediate update.
I also did biometrics a week ago
no update on any of the cases yet tho
hope they'll update it soon

I think there is some misunderstanding guys
anyways, anyone has experience about how long those expediting decisions taking or not ?
-

it varies but your terminology is correct so I would assume they would grant it.
That's what I hope but I'm just wondering how long it usually takes to get a decision from uscis

Unless I'm misreading it, there is some confusion here I think. You are talking about her offer letter wording. But the employer is not asking for proof. Immigration is asking for proof.
No the employer is not
but uscis was asking for pending job offer, that's why I sent them a letter from the employer saying they offer me a job
but since I've faxed it to uscis I haven't heard back and I was wondering how long they take to grant or deny a request for expediting

the wording of the letter is important.
did they just ask you for proof of legal status to work? this van just be the normal course of evaluating people.
or did they say they will offer you a job if you can prove you are allowed to work. meaning they have chosen you and just need to make sure you can work.
good luck
No they just said they would like me to offer this job and want me to start as soon as possible
I'm just wondering how long uscis takes to make a decision if they grant expediting or not and how long after that they send me the ead card
