Called them yesterday and said they received my documents through Email on March 18. They review it now for 30 days..

I called them yesterday and told me that my case start with BGH which should be send electronic (By Email).. Before, it should send by mail but they change that early February 2016.. I sent all documents again through Email yesterday and waiting their respond now..

Nothing until now.. Mail was delivered on March 9th and did not get anything from them..

I don't know what's the problem.. I sent the paper yesterday and will see.. I will update as soon as I get something..

Nop, nothing until now.. I'm going to send them again. The only missing thing in my paper that I did not put the case number at each paper, maybe that the problem..

AOS and Civil Documents not received by NVC,

NVC request from me to send AOS and Civil Documents, I mailed the documents through USPS and delivered to NVC at Portsmouth since Feb 18^th 2016. According to NVC, it takes 3 to 7 business days to scan the documents and attached to my case. Now almost 15 days since my documents received by NVC and did not get any respond from them. Each time I call them they said we did not receive and that unusual. Is there any problem or anyone have the same problem?? Please advise.
