  2. Yes I did that before. But, i put JUNE as my priority date. So they can accommodate my inquiry. And then, it took a month before I received this message from uscis. Stating... You can try. Actually, I also emailed texas and potomac.

  3. Our case has been approved for expedite, our papers will no longer go to NVC it will be sent to our embassy (philippine embassy) directly. The uscis will contact my husband once the papers reach our embassy and will send me letter for the steps of my interview...

so much happiness i will no longer have to wait and worry... thank you Lord.. I hope you receive all your Approval soon... thanks to this site ☺️

"To God Be The Glory" ?

Hi can you pls share what reason did you guys stated for you got approved for expedite? What did you do? I plan to get expedite too while in nvc stage for us to get interview date as soon as possible.

  4. Hello. I am new to this thread but I wanted to share that I last received the NOA1 on 8/20/15 and my petition was transferred from Texas Service Center to Potomac Service Center on November 10, 2015. Today, 2/18/16, I received a letter that my petition for my husband has been approved. I decided to share because thanks to this thread I was able to have an idea of what PD months were being processed and when to have an idea of possible mail coming to us. If I didn't hear anything by 2/20/16 I was going to be calling USCIS like everyone else. So my message is to stay positive, follow the advice on this thread and soon you too will hear positive news coming your way.

Congrats! I got noa2 last week. Hope we get case number soon. Keep us updated here. Good luck!

  5. Is that all? We were waiting so long and we heard few approvals and again waiting period started?

I remeber dropdeadgorgeous was tracking around 20 applictaion of Sept - how did it go.

Yeah i was tracking 28applicants same pd as mine. September 22. But, now as we all know that the system of potomac is still down and not working normally. Unfortunately, I can't tell how many got approved from our priority date. I know it's frustrating i feel you guys just in there. Soon, in god's time everything will be fine.

  6. update: my packet was sent to NVC on 01/18 and I've received a first letter from NVC on 02/17 so that's about one month just in case it might help. Wish everyone a luck!

Congrats to you! When did you got approved from potomac? Me, just got noa2 last week and don't know if they already send our case to NVC.

  7. Hi guys. Thank you. Hope all of you will be next! I didn't expect it to arrived this early. I thought it would be 6 to 8months. But, finally now my visa journey starts. Just wanna inform you all tell your spouse to check the mail box more often. Best of luck! Btw, until now I checked my online status and still December 2 Case was received. So don't rely on it. Better check mail everyday!

  8. Potomac is clearly not at 3 months; all I'm saying is, why kill yourself with anxiety when there's absolutely nothing you can do to speed up USCIS processing at other service centers? We all know to expect 13+ months for an IR-1/CR-1 to fully process, and you're EXTREMELY LUCKY if you get it any faster than that without a special expedite. I'm seeing a lot of unrealistic expectations people are having on here and that can lead to major disappointment and even depression. Please, save yourselves from the mental damage you're inflicting upon yourselves.

Yeah you have a point. It's just hard to accept when you see other's approved less than 3months. And now been waiting for almost 5mos. i'm not expecting anymore. I just help myself busy and praying that God works for the right time to come for us. Eventually, we will be together with our love in jesus name amen. Have a faith and trust his will. So better, visit your love to lessen the difficulties of this whole process

  9. Mine sept 22. And other applicants i've been tracking none of them got approval even one! So, i'm suspecting online system seems like not updated again lol! Or they just jump off to our priority dates and randomly check other applicants. So now, i'm really confuse. What's going on??? If maybe some of them (sept22pd) got approve i can tell my application has something wrong. But, NO none of us changed. :( it seems strange urghhh

  10. it was a mail one she told me that they havent received any email or anything similar and also she was in texas and then potomac

Ok thanks! So now, it clears on me the online status is not updated again? Am I right guys. So we need to call again the tier2 to get more accurate information or just waiting for the noa2 notice to come in the mailbox rather than relying in the uscis website which never moves since Jan25! so exhausting dont know what's going on with our petitions.

  11. I got this feeling that potomac stop working in september or i guess the system aren't working again. Coz, the last update we've heard was Sept 14 got approved from potomac then after that we have no updates since then. If, i'm not mistaken it's almost two weeks (Jan25) since potomac systems had been updated online. And i noticed this last week we haven't heard good news at all since I'm tracking other's status since last week and still no changes (like Jan20 got approved then there's no case sent to dept until now etc) If they really currently working september fillers sept22 pd should already have noa2 these days. :( sad coz, they keep us hang until now.
