Ceac has said issued since the 23rd of august and still have not received the K1 visa. Anyone let me know what is going on?

Counslet called they asked for her passport they have cleared everything up. Once they have her passport in 10 days from then she should have her passport back and her visa. Thank God administrative prossing is over.

Who has been put in this lately. July 18th was my fiancee interview she was told she would of had her visa that day, but since she was married before they needed to check things out. They said it should take 10 to 14 days. Well we are now at 30 days. This is crazy and very depressing.

I am really getting nervous here why is it taking so long now at 2 weeks since interview. When they said all they needed to do was to check because she was married before. This sucks she is getting mad about the wait.

What if there is a 25 year age difference?

We have not received packet 3 as of yet from Hong Kong. They entered it into the system on may 18th and every one else got there packet with in 14 days.

I sent my 129F off on the 21st of January got my Noa1 date is January 28th. I see all these people that have already been approved on my date and into February and before my date. It is now 73 day and still no approval or NOA 2 as of yet. Is any one else having this problem or am I just an unlucky person. Why would so many people after me already be approved and I have not even been look at. This is really getting ne depressed and anxiety ridden.

I was wondering how accurate or close to it being accurate the time line and estimation here?
