Yeah!They will be asking for your CENOMAR the pre screener ask for my original copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate if married, CENOMAR .and NBI ..

Congratulations! How many copies of your Birth Certificate did they ask for? For us it was 2 copies even though the instructions said 1 copy. This was also true with Cenomar.

The consul didn't asked much.. Then when they saw all the documents, she just say! Oh well it's great! Perfect! Congratulations your 'approved' and handed me a pamphlet of domestic violence and that's it! And just checked the visa status this morning 'issued'...

Hi! Been there a couple of months ago..I also came out negative on smear test.. And have to wait for two months on my culture, and thanked GOD twas negative also as per other says the smear test is 96% accurate the people who turn out positive on the culture is the one who has a symptoms of TB....don't worry it will turn out well.. Just pray and everything will fall into place GODBless!

Hi everyone, i just want ask to ask if someone here have any idea on when would be the crucial weeks or days for a sputum culture to be concluded? My wife had her 3day sputum test last may 16-18 and her pulmo eval was on the 19th, result was negative but doc says shes has to wait for 2months for the culture. Its really getting us worried. My wife cannot sleep because of this. I need your info's on this. Thanks

Hi! I phoned SLEC earlier today about my sputum culture..the mtb culture due is on May 25, and was instructed to call by June 1.. But I tried calling them today for I was hoping they will have already the result, and they told me to go back on Friday, and bring my receipt and passport..but didn't tell me the result yet.. Did I passed the sputum culture ?

Don't worry. My wife just got back from her pulmonary interview and she was negative also. I found out that the preliminary result is 96% accurate so we should have no problem waiting for the culture result to become final on May 25.

I was in your situation few months ago. And i survived! I know to myself that I don't have any lung disease or infection. My culture turn negative last month and i got my vaccine last month too.

And now, I'm just waiting for my visa this week.

Keep praying everything will be fine.. Trust God and lift everything to Him ?

Hi! Good day! I'm a newbie here,need some advice from you guys in a same situation. I took my medical examination on March 21,2016.Me and my daughter. I was advised to go back March 28,29,30 for a sputum collection. Co'z they saw something on my x-ray. I thought it was the lung scar 10 yrs.ago when I was young.

They told me to go back on April 01. For my pulmonary evaluation, Thanked GOD the 3sputum smear test turn out negative,now I'd been waiting until may 25 the end of the culture.And the nurse instructed me to start calling June 01. For the result.. hoping for the good result of my culture.and always praying..

Hello..we have same case..i tried to call them but they told me to email them but until now i dont recieve ang response..and we had the interview january 11 2016.and we send additional proof (travel record) but until now we dont recieve anything yet..

Hi..in my case it took almost 2 months before i received my daughter's passport and crba..i called them after a month i sent the documents. Read again the paper they gave you i know the phone number you will call is written to that paper.just kept on calling them because its really hard to call in the embassy base on my experience.

There is no real form but the letter should have something like the following statements:

I PARENT allow my son/daughter NAME to immigrate to the United States of America and to permanently reside there. I also allow NAME to return to HOME COUNTRY to visit and then return to the US.

It should be notarized.

Hello! Good day! can someone show me a sample letter of consent. I'm already married to a US citizen and already processing our papers.
