Hey,
My husband is going to have his interview in 1-2 months in Islamabad, so I would really like to get some feedback from others. How was the interview? Were any of you put into Administrative processing? If you were put in AP then how long did it take to get the visa? I heard its more common for men to get put in AP. Appreciate any feedback I can get.
Thanks!

Do we need to send the NVC the NADRA marriage certificate? Is the Original Nikka Nama and English translation enough? Or is the NADRA marriage certificate also required?

my i-130 petition is for my husband.

My case status online before today was: Your case was approved on April 13, 2016.
Now my online status has changed to the following: On April 21, 2016, we sent your case to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing.
What does this mean and what are the next steps for me?

If required for the NVC process then I have no option but to submit it with my documents. However, Sohailmian don't delay sending in your i-130 because of your Nadra certificate. For the first step you don't require it.

I did not send my Nadra certificate with my i-130 packet and mine was approved in no time at all. I'm not sure if it is needed for the NVC process, but unless specifically asked for I wouldn't want to send it in. They wrote my age and my husbands age a year older then we are. When we approached them they wouldn't change it. Also our marital status on it says "unmarried". Maybe that means unmarried at the time you get married? Or that it is both of our first time getting married. I don't know. Whatever the case it doesn't seem to be to accurate.

I recently got my I-130 approved. I was married in Pakistan. I only provided my nikka nama and translation in English. I didn't send in my nadra certificate. It's good to have it but you don't need to send it in.

Go to the USCIS website and submit a case inquiry if your case has been pending for 5 months or more. Potomac is working on January cases so your case should have been approved already. Use the following website to submit a case inquiry...your case should be approved a couple weeks after that iA

just make sure that if they get the visit visa they don't over stay

I received my Noa 1 on January 29, 2016 a few days after filing. See below estimate on my timeline. isn't that too soon?????
Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 3, 2016 and April 7, 2016*.
If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

You should apply for the visit visa first. After applying for I-130 that shows intent to immigrate and it will be more difficult to get the visit visa.

If your child is sick then take him/her to the emergency room. They will treat your child first and bill you later. Worry about the bills later. Nothing is more important then treating your child. Then you can apply for medicaid. Just type you state and medicaid in google. It will give you all the information. They have centers in every city you can go there and get medical for your child and yourself for free if your income is low or even zero.
Here is a link to the Medicaid offices in New York.
Please visit one these offices for health insurance.

Even if your wife got her USA passport through her father, she must still have a certificate number. When citizenship is issued there should be some sort of paperwork to show it. You can request a Replacement Naturalization/Citizenship Document. Use the N-565 application to request this. Here is the link: https://www.uscis.gov/n-565

You should wait till case is complete...maybe you will change your mind.
