I spoke to a supervisor and they said they are doing they best to find my passport. I will stay calm and keep hope.

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone ever had to go thru this.

My visa was issued on May 17 and i received my waybill on june 3. Until today i haven't received my passport back and the tracking number said that my document is in transit and will be delivered on june 7. I contacted the post office who sent me to the embassy. Contacted the embassy who sent m back to the post office. I dont have any information as of now. I am lost, confuse and dont know what to do. Does anyone had to go thru this??. Thank you

My visa had been issued on may 17 and i still do not have my passport back. The embassy said i didnt register for the return service but when i go to the usvisa website i can see that i am registered. I sent an email to their techincal support department last week and haven't heard anything back. Anyone ever face this???

I am in the same situation. Mine was issued on may 17 and i javent received a tracking number. I live in Vancouver. I hope we will get it before the ebd of this week
