Hi, I checked 8:00 in the morning and it is still in AP, but when my mom woke me up, it is issued!!

Finally the long wait is over (well me just a bit more because of delivery), but hey, Jessie is right, you just need to be patient and keep the faith!

How long did you wait after your interview? Im at AP now becuase of the tax transcript. Its been 2 days since they received my document.

When was your husbands interview? Mine was on Febuary 2, 2017. My mom requested for the transcript as soon as she got the news that we need a document. Is your husband from the Philippines?

Hi, we had our interview in USEM (US Embassy of Manila) at around 6:45 am, we got out at around 9:00, Unfortunately, we had 221g regarding our mom's transcript in 2015. 

Tho this issue has been resolved since I sent the documents on February 8 ,2017 and the embassy received on February 9, 2017. 

I know it has been a day, but I would like to know if how long will this be processed. I need to fix my school schedule asap. 

I know as well that you guys would be saying to wait and wait, but will everything be alright?

The only thing that the consul need was the tax transcript, and right after we finished our interview she said, "I'll be needing your mom's transcript and I can say you're good to go".

I was hesitant btw on asking if we passed or failed. 

Hoping anyone with the same issue will share their story. Thank you. 

What's next after we have sent the documents? It's been months, and still notification or email regarding our case.

++ Our priority date is April 15, 2015. Hopefully, we won't worry about anything we missed.

Hi, I'm kinda lost, I just got the Paid status in my AOS fee. Now I need to fill up the AoS form then package it to nvc with the barcoded front page.

Whats next after this? Do i go to step 3? Or wait til i finish everything undee step2?

What I mean about finishing everything about step is wait for iv fee to be invoiced.

You can prep for the AOS package. IF more than 3 days has passed since you paid the AOS fee then please contact them and ask for an update. Usually it takes 3 -5 days to change from 'In process" to ' Paid"

Actually yes I can download it, but I petitioned two of my children and only one name is appearing in the cover. And the reciept as well. I just noticed this one today.

Anyone here who recieved their welcome letter and paid the AOS fee but still in "process" stage?

Do I need to prep for the AoS form or wait til it says "Paid"? Thank you. Please help.

Hi, I am petitioned by my mom under F2A and most likely our priority date will be current (according to my calculations) will be on September. Yes it's still far but I would like to ask some questions. I'm getting a bit nervous on what to expect on the interview and btw, im under 21.

1. Me and my sister are petitioned (she's under 18) does she need a legal guardian?

2. What questions do we need to expect? (Under 21)

- I've been reading questions but all is for the spouse section of F2A

Hopefully I get answers., tho it's still far better be prepared.
