    overstayed my B2 visa. New Citizenship now and planning to go back to US. But I'm not sure if they will know that I overstayed in my past Citizenship.

    Yeah! but I'm planning to become a Swedish Citizen. My question is are they going to know that I overstayed in US in my past Citizenship?

    So I need to tell them that I overstayed in US and they will now give me Visa to go back in US even if I have different Passport and Citizenship?

    I am a Filipino Citizen and went to US with B2 visa and I overstayed. I went back to my home country without giving up my I 94 and now I am living in sweden and planning to go back to US with swedish Citizenship.Im I able to go back to US with ESTA visa? or it will still affect my Current Citizenship because I overstayed in US. I really need your help answering my question because I dont want to waste money to travel in US and then they will just deny my entry.

    I am Planning to change my First name too and use my Husbands Lastname..
