I did check the status of my Visa and it says ( Issued )

Is it still possible to change my delivery address? Because i heard that Pick-up in MOA is more faster than to deliver it to my home?

And because it was Issued Status already, is that mean that its in 2GO already and will arrived to my home soon? Any Idea how long it takes to receive after been Issued?

From Issued I got mine after 3 working days.. Yes, you will get it soon! When are you planning to leave? Tickets are expensive!

I actually have ticket already. My fiancee bought me ticket even if I didn't have approval from embassy already;) We did check the price of ticket if few day before the date i want to leave and the ticket is real expensive. So we booked early. Where you going in US?

Cases may differ in the process of issuance...

Mine was ready- open on the same day of my interview. after 2 days it was on AP. Then the next day it was issued- 4 days from my interview. I received my passport / visa packet 8 working days from my interview. Some says it was fast for a K1. So that was under 2 weeks.

Another K1 who was interviewed on the same day as me had her visa status - issued 10 working days from interview. So just continue monitoring your case at CEAC, it is normal to be on AP for awhile.

My K-1 Visa Embassy Interview been approved and the CO says my Visa will be deliver in 2 weeks.

Do you guys have any idea if i really get my Visa in 2 weeks after been approved or i can get it more earlier than 2 weeks?

Does anyone of you guys been experienced that CO says your visa will received in 2 week and get it less than 2 weeks time?

Do you think if I just have those form I134F and Income Tax Return (1040) and i dont have other Supporting Docs, may result of Deny of my Visa?

he should send those things asap so you have them for your interview, he needs more supporting evidence

A complete tax return includes all W2's, 1099's and other supporting schedules. You also need to have proof of current and continuing income such as recent paystubs and an employer letter.

Write when and where it was taken at the back of the photos.

Oh Ok, I didn't know that it's allow to put note at the back of the photos. Anyway thank you so much, I really appreciated it;)

Make sure photos are clear 4x6 inches (or similar) standard prints. Write names, dates, location, etc. on back. Place loose photos in one clear sleeve or ziploc bag (like a big freezer bag). No more than 25. DO NOT PUT IN ALBUMS OR SLEEVES! This info comes from my recent experience. Repeat: DO NOT PUT PHOTOS IN SLEEVES OR ALBUMS! Albums don't fit through the windows and they just take it all apart anyway. Make it easy for them and they will be happy.

Hi, what if i just hand them our pictures? just the picture that i print in Photoline? That is what i did in CFO Counseling. So it will be easier for them to look at the pictures, but if i do that to embassy, i can't put where is captioned. Do u think that would be just fine?

proof of money transfers are not necessary. Sending money to you does not necessarily means a strong relationship. It may actually have a negative connotations. I don't have any money transfer receipts, I only have a few transactions when my fiancee send me the money to pay for the visa fee. I didn't even bother to print the email confirmation of the bank transfer when he sent me the money. He is not actually sending me money on a regular basis so we don't really have this arrangements. I am working and can support myself and my kids; but for bigger expense we share to pay the fees.

So you can print some just for your reference. Don't submit any docs when not asked.

Oh I see, I am actually employed as well, but when there is a time that he sent me money to pay the part of my bills at home, and also to buy load that i used to call him in US as well as when he sent me to school. So, like you, he did not send me money in regular basis, i just heard that i need to bring the receipt of all the money he sent to me.

So, i am printing all the chatlogs and sms, phone calls record and the money receipt, so whenever they ask, i have it.

wHAT ABOUT THE RECEIPT? My Fiancee used to send me money using XOOM, and it goes straight to my bank, that is why i dont have printed copy of all the money that he did sent to me.

I maplanning to print all the Receipt that Xoom sent to my email. But i am wondering if the receipt should be in coloured print or black in white print will do?

I just lay out my photos in MS Word file and made notes on when/ where it was taken and print it in color. For group photos I made notes who are we with. I put it on a plastic sleeve and fasten it together (making an album never came to my mind - the area where you drop your docs in the window will not fit an album hard bound cover). I have one page with 2 photos, there were maybe 8 sleeves (front and back with photo that i made). The CO only flip up to page 2 look at it for not even 10 seconds. You can actually just print 5 photos maybe 4x5 inches and write when/ where it taken at the back/ who are you with (family / friends) and hand it to the CO when he ask for it. No envelope needed, just hand in the photos.

That is actually Im doing to my chat logs, Xoom Receipt, SMS and also Phone calls that i made to my fiancee number in US.

I put them and arranged in MS Word and print it.

So Probably, ill do the same at the pictures.

A photo album won't fit through the curved slot under the windows. Loose photos are fine, or find a flexible sleeve to put them in.

Yes I guess so, My fiancee just sent me his I134 and other papers that i will need from him to submit in embassy.

Does anyone know if what should I wear in CFO Manila for counseling? Until now I haven't made my mind yet what to wear. Should it be formal attire like the embassy interview?

Put them in something that will be easy to view like a photo ablum. They're really only interested in seeing both of you together. (Proof that you two met) But if you've got pictures of of everyone else together with the two of you that helps too.

I probably just buy a photo album and put all the pictures in there. But i am surely not have time to put designs as that is not my thing.

Just to let the Consul see the photos properly.

I dont think you have to submit a photos to the american consular..you just have to show it if the consul asked for your photos together.sometimes they dont ask though.i will have my interview next month.i just put our photos in a photo album to make it look presentable but i think that would be fine

That is why i am thinking if applicable to show the photos as a proof of inrelationship just in envelope and not in the photo album or scrapbook.

I will have my interview in 2 weeks in US Embassy in Manila, and this will be my first time.

I have some question regarding the photos that i will submit to the Consul.

I just want to know if is it OK to submit the picture of me, my family and my fiancee to the consul without photo album? I just print some of our recent photos and collect all our old photos, but i am just wondering i really need to put it in Photo Album or its ok if I just submit the photo to consul in envelope?

I hope you guys could give me an idea.
