NOA1 Date Jan 12th. Still no RFE or NOA2. Anyone else?

kunray19, Nope...you're not alone and infact I'm ahead of you, Jan 14th to be exact and no RFE or a sneeze from USCIS.

January 12th here, still nothing but an NOA1.

I have not received the NOA2 approval. its been over 2 months and have not heard a beep

petition sent Jan 15th received hard copy 01/21/2016 showing receipt date 01/19/2016......I want to call them and ask.

Same here. 75 days, receipt date of 1/15/16. CA Center.

Are there any filers out there from the first week of January who haven't received either an NOA2 or RFE yet? Yes, I understand it takes many months in some cases. I'm interested in anyone who's filed for their I129-F between Jan 1-15 and are still waiting on any kind of notice after the NOA1. Thanks.

Don't worry, we had the same issue. As long as she never overstayed her ESTA while she was in the US, she won't have any issues. The K-1 is definitely the quickest for her arriving here, however the process after that to obtain a green card will take additional time.

You will also want to fill out form G-325A along with a copy of your US Birth Certificate front and back. You may also want to fill out from G-1145 so that you receive emails and/or text notifications of the status of your case. Don't forget to provide pictures and other proof of your relationship when submitting the forms. You will also need to fill out form I-134, but that isn't needed until the interview.
