I got my conditional 2-year green card on 01/18/2018 that has been extended by 18 months with the I-751 filing, so that one expires 07/18/2021.
Since the condition of my green card is my marriage to my wife; and it is only required 3 years of having my green card before I can file the N-400 for naturalization. Does that mean I can file for it 01/18/2021? or do I have to wait until I get my new green card? or one year after I get it? or three years?

So I am in the States got married and now I am in the process of filling out the I-485. I have a question about the biometrics and payment.
When I had my interview for the visa back in my home country (Peru), they took my fingerprints and I handed passport photos. Does that mean I no longer have to pay and have a biometric scheduled? or do i have to pay for biometrics and get it scheduled?
Thanks in advance.

Point 11, about she being able to support me I need her I-134 (affidavit of Support), last year´s taxes (form 1040), W2, employment letter, etc.
What is in the etc?
She had already sent me a copy of G-1145, I-129F and G-325A.

Hello all.
I am putting together all the paperwork necesary for my visa application. In the papers I need to get I have to get police records from every place I lived since i was 16. I have no police record not even for jaywalking. I used to live in NJ and then in PA because of schools but I am currently in Peru. How do I go about getting those empty records? My fiancee lives in TX.
thank you for your time.

This may have been already answer in another thread but I am not sure so I'll ask.
I came with a K-1 visa a few years ago and already working on renewing my green card; wife and I do file together (and have a kid, yay us!). When wife brought me over she signed as my sponsor (and IIRC) she is financially responsible to pay back any benefit I may apply and get from the government. If we get $2900 (1200 for her, 1200 for me and 500 for baby), does that mean we have to return $1200 that we receive for me?
