Received the RFE notice, its because we missed out question 2a, 2b and 2c in Part 3 of the i129f form. Just have to complete the form attached together with the RFE notice and mail it out.

I have not received the NOA2 approval. its been over 2 months and have not heard a beep

petition sent Jan 15th received hard copy 01/21/2016 showing receipt date 01/19/2016......I want to call them and ask.

Something wrong with my application also since I saw most approve cases are under 50 days. I'm in the 55 days and have not heard any thing from USCIS. Are any member in January fliers got the NOA2 after 50 days?? Not expected a REF but I think I will get one soon.

I guess it really depends on the country of the beneficiary from..unfortunate for me still waiting

Looking at the form, I'm actually convinced we missed it as well... and don't have access to the copy to check.

I'd say its likely unfortunately, there was an earlier RFE for something similar from what I recall.

But you might get lucky

Join your sub-forum group to ask these types of questions as every Embassy is different in what they require. Most here are processing through another Embassy and may give you the wrong information thinking that they are right and helping you based on their Embassy causing you to fail or delay your visa.

My expected NOA2 according to the timeline is between March 3rd and March 5th. Should I get my fiance to start collecting documents and send me a copy of the I129f package to me or I should wait till I get my NOA2. Documents includes I134, W2, Tax returns, bank statements, letter of employment..Did I miss out anything?

We finally got our NOA1 dated 1/28/16. According to my timeline I should check for NOA2 around March 9.

Just saw this thread! We sent our form in the beginning of January and our NOA1 is dated Jan 4. Im dreading an RFE but i hope were approved soon!

It's pretty good. It's just the wait inbetween NOA1 and NOA2, but we are very lucky because they are very efficient at processing at the moment.

Yes let's hope they get better and process faster ???

My fiance just sent ours last Monday, Jan 25. I wish I'd known about this site before submitting our packet, now I'm so worried I did something wrong. Haha.

The NOA1 date that will be printed on the hardcopy notice is probably going to be the date you received the text/email. That's the date I used as well, and if it's different when we get the hardcopy in the mail it might be different by a day or two at most.

Quick question guys, do I update the Noa1 date on my timeline when I physically receive it in the mail or I can put the date based on the text/email I've received?

I just received my text and email notification of case accepted, case # assigned and routed to California Service Center :joy:

We receive the text today too!! ??? now the wait continues hopefully it goes fast!!
