Because his family is home. he has no one here. I really doubt he loved her. Wake up. People come here all the time by k1 and cr1 visas and don't love the other partner. if they loved each other they would seek counselling, not advice from visajourney.

I know the philippines doesn't recognize divorce. I was married in the philippines and since my wife came here to the usa she has been a completely different person. I'm not going to go into details about the situation. I'm just wondering if anyone has gone through a dissolution with a filipina and can the process be started here with an attorney or is it something we have to do in the philippines. I here it takes a few years to complete the process. It's a shame it's coming to this but I'm not being left with much options.

You can go home to your own country. The way I see it, you only came here for her correct? Since things aren't going to work out. Go Home.

I use at&t. my wife brought her phone over and I activated an old phone with an extra at&t sim card. When the phone was activated I pulled the sim card out and put it in her phone and it worked with no problems.

The best thing to do is call the NVC directly. They're the ones that processes the applications and this way you'll know that you're getting the correct answer.

What issues do you have with Korean and AA? What are you looking for out of the flight? I've flown to the Philippines 9 times and as long as I make it there safely, I'm a happy man. I've used JAP, Korean, Asiana, and Delta. No problems out of any of them. No matter what though you just can't please everyone so someone will find problems with every airline.

My wife has an interview feb. 22, 2016. she's going for her medical exam on feb. 1, 2016. When she passes her medical, will she be given the results in a sealed envelope. If not, what proof will there be that she had a medical. From what I understand, the mail system isn't that great or trusting. I don't know. Just so you know, shes not scamming me. she works and is paying for the medical herself. we been married for 1.5 years and i've known her for 3 years. I've visited her 9 times so far. thanks for your help
dissolution in the phils

well DN Medellin Col, my timeline has nothing to do with asking if anyone has any experience with dissolution in the phils. My wife no longer speaks to me, told me 5 times she wants to go home to the filthy, crowded, and hot philippines. It's time to man up? What the hell is that suppose to mean. I know i can divorce here in the usa. Without a dissolution in the phils, its my understanding I would never be able to petition another filipina if i chose to do so.
