Its best to call we called USCIS and even went for an info pass appointment. They just put it on the system for you. Not sure if its true but they did say to us that it can expedite our case.

I have used esta and visited my husband three times. The first time I visited USA they checked my suitcases at the POE and asked me questions (some lady Here in UK wrote SSS on my boarding pass for security check) I guess that's why they had to do another security check in USA (maybe) and the second time I went right after a month with no trouble and the third time they stopped me for hours and I never went again thinkomg they will send me back home. I won't recommend having baby there because its difficult for the mother and child. The plane was cold and my baby's Face around the eyes went blueb coz of cold I didn't know they had to turn the ac/fan off. I couldn't carry him I was still not well. China is a better place for your wife to give birth the rest is up to you.

I gave birth in USA I was like almost 9 months I went to usa we had health insurance coz my husband lives there and I think if you don't have insurance it will charge you around 12,000 dollars.

I had 40 days to come back to UK so we got his birth certificate and social security number in like 2-3 weeks we had then 2 weeks to get his passport we booked an appointment and went to (us travel website or something) we booked his appointment and went to this place where you can get ur passport in just one day or two but you have to show them your ticket and how urgent you need it. We got his passport for the next day.

It will be better if you guys go when she's almost 9 months pregnant so you will have enough time after she gives birth.

Its difficult to give birth and then come home as she would still not have recovered. Plus you need atleast 40 days to sort his passport because getting birth certificate and then getting passport will take at least that amount of time.

I had three months I think your wife's visa will be for 6 months right?

We sent a Copy to NVC and I took the original to the interview with me I made photo copies of each document and I guess the lady asked me for photo copies as well I got my originals back.

I have got an email from the us embassy giving me my tracking number and the website where I can track it (DX) I called the collection point compnay (Dx) they said the embassy will email you so I went on and emailed the embassy and I got my tracking number. Thanks anyways

I didn't pay any fee for the courier and its not a home delivery I have to pick it up from a collection point. My visa was approved and issued on the 28 January 2016

Hello I still haven't receieved a tracking number! Can someone tell me how the whole thing work?

Who emails you your tracking nunber?

In how many days should you receive your tracking number and then how long it takes to get passport?

Is it a good idea to give some London address or my home city?

I have given the address where I live and its 2 hours away from London will it delay my passport getting back quicker to me?

I did interview and the next day it went to admin process then next day visa issued so two days

I think they see ur case every time the status update date changes coz mine changed from admin processing to issued and the date also changed

Hi I heard a lot about that sealed envelope that you get after interview or with medical and take it to the us with you..I didn't get anything do I get it with my passport?? My visa is cr1

I don't think you can change the delivery address after the interview you only have until your interview and then you can't change mine can't be changed too.

DS-260 application and confirmation page

Employment letter (husbands)

Bank letter (husbads)

Courier confirmation letter

Passports

Interview letter

Tax transcripts 2013-2015

Police certificate

Birth certificate

Marriage certificate

4 US size photos (also 2 Uk size) in case they want it

I have made 2 copies of police, marriage, birth certificates and passports photocopy. Do I need to photocopy any other documents like the tax papers or interview letter?

Proof for bona fide relationship I have the following:

Pictures (small album)

Airline tickets

Some of our whatsapp chat

I wasn't born in the Uk but I am a British citizen I heard they give you hard time if you are not a British born??

Do I need any receipts for my medical or any letters they have given me from the Knightsbridge doctors?

I have a hand bag not a small one its a normal one in which I can fit my file and my sons food and diapers and stuff is that okay?

I heard there is a waiting room and people can wait for you there is that true? I mean if I take someone to look after my son there while I am in the interview place.

How many US and UK sizs photos do I need?

Man with a lady doctor, she just did a quick cough and drop (a man thing)

She was from New Zealand and seemed more interested in my tattoo's

I really get the feeling from experience and other VJ'ers posts, that the UK medical is really a basic look around, and nothing to get uptight about

The same lady did mine! Yeah its quick and easy and she was really friendly.
