My uscis Online account says my card produced in January 2.2020 and mailed to me

but  the checking status says : in January 30.2020 my case transferred to another uscis office for a jurisdiction 

what’s that means!

The question is that I have different status message from uscis .my online uscis account said by janyary 2/2020 my green card been produced and mailed to me  But today when when I checked the status of my case on the uscis website it says by January 30/2020 my case transferred to another uscis office I’m confused

Card Produced - (Non-DACA)

USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided

but my online Checking status says :On January 30, 2020, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC199xxxxxx, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice
