Well after being in AP for the last 3 months finally my case changed to non Immigrant visa application on Tuesday and yesterday it said issued on ceac and hopefully it will be ready for me to pick it up tommorow In sha Allah ( God Willing)

I have been in. AP for 1 month and 5 days there is nothing we can do about it we just have to put our trust in Allah and be patient and wait for it

It takes atleast a month i sent my documents to the Islamabad Embassy on 9th December and got my interview appointment letter today on 11th January so just sit tight and wait for it

I am not taking it personally I am just saying some people here not all of them r just judging me for loving a women twice of my age and I am well aware of that the co will have a closer look to my case and may ask questions about it but I am not worried about it since my relationship is real .

Amkhan my brother u really think I didn't tried to bring her to Pakistan her visa was rejected and I myself talked to the Pakistani embassy and sent them everything they needed from me and they told me they will approve her visa within few days but she got a call saying they rejected her visa cause of security reasons and they advised us to go to Dubai Instead . someone people over here r just assuming things like this is a fraud case and no parents allow this type of Marriage and stuff like that to all those people I don't really care what u gotta say about the relationship in the end the consular have to make the final decision not you sorry if I am being rude but it just hurt my feelings that people r so quick to judge anyway I will let y'all know for sure what r the results of my visa interview .

if your family has no problem with your marriage then why u need K1 visa.....get marry and apply for CR1 you will have more chances to approved its better then K1.... getting pakistan visa is not much hard specailly when pakistani citizen can send sponcer letter to Pakistan embassy in US...

Not in person but she talk to her almost everyday on Skype.

Sorry bro I have been talking to her since 3 years I put 4 by mistake and I have a degree of bachelors like I said it vary from family to family all of my family members r really supportive in this relationship and they accepted it i have signed affidavits from my brothers and sisters and my mother that they accept the marriage and my mom herself is 10 years older then my father in today's world anything is possible just saying and thanks for your suggestions.: )

Over here culture vary from city to city and family to family i have personally known people who has been married to women older then them and there are some of my close relatives who r married to women's older then them In Pakistan its not a big issue

I am from Pakistan and I am a Muslim and she is a Christian my religion has no issue with marrying a CChristian women or an aged women and we have only met once. She wanted to visit me here and get engaged in Pakistan but the Pakistani embassy didn't give her th3 visa that's why we went to dubai

Hello I am new here just needed some assistance regarding to K1 Visa. My Us Fiancé applied for my K1 visa back in September 2015 although everything went pretty smooth our I.129 petition got approved in 5 weeks.Long story short got my 3.5 packet on December 3rd and sent my documents back to the Us Embassy Islamabad on 6th of December now just waiting for the interview appointment letter . The only thing I am worried about is the age difference I am from Pakistan and she is from the United States we have been dating for 4 years I am 21 and she is 42 we got engaged last year on may 3rd 2015 in Dubai i got good evidence to prove that our relationship is real and both of our parents also arppove the marriage but still i am worried about the age difference as it would raise a red flag to the consular :/.
