Provided that i got a case complete already i just heard that at interview they could ask you for other things!

Bring a fresh on to the Embassy is always a good idea.

And the old one is not valid now, so you can´t bring that.

I have only heard about 1 person, that had to give the person there FB login.

But i don´t think they can do that or are allowed to do that.

It's the totality of all the evidence and research given. Most of our Facebook profiles aren't even looked at. I have personally known of a few who were denied not because just Facbook but the whole picture. See many people don't tell the whole truth.

They say things like

• Not being friends on Facebook got us denied
• We were died because of or age difference, or religion, or race

It's never that plain people just pick one thing and turn it into a negative. I can assure you those that Facebook was a factor had probably other issues with their account .

• Friends to too many of the opposite sex
• talking, chatting inappropriately with the opposite sex
• Having OTHER Facebook accounts unknown to the spouse/fiance' (Yes Immigration can find them)

Don;t worry about it if asked I am sure your husband can explain why you aren't friends on Facebook. It's not that deep when there are no Red Flags no issues.

Just got Case Complete email weird it was sent 6:33am EDT. Well it was exciting. Praying Interview scheduling for March starts next Thursday. That gives them 3 business days left in February.

Umm, i have two questions!!?

First did anyone receive a letter from the nvc saying that they have updated your mailing/emailing address?! We got a letter mailed to the address in US we had on our ds260 stating that?!?

Second does anyone know when does the nvc schedules appointment for the next month?! Like at the first two weeks of the month or the second or what?!?

Did anyone get a mail to the US address they typed in their ds260 saying that they recieved your updated mail/email address for this case!! We didnt update any mailing or emailing addresses but they mailed us this later one day after we had a case complete?!? Whats thats supposed to mean?!

whats the difference between i-864 and i-864a?? please.

If your petitioner files joint taxes with someone else like their husband have him sign an i864a for you too

I just hung up with nvc and they told me my case was complete yet when i check the summary it doesn't show the 3N/A s what does that mean?

submitted documents just waiting on NVC to reply with 60 day letter. they really are moving at snails pace. i would really like to travel by year end but at this rate it may be early next year

Omg okay I don't want to get all hyped up yet but I just checked my email and I got an email this morning at about 5 am my time zone saying that they have received all docs as requested and that applicant is in queue for interview over seas..... So does that mean I got cc???? If it is than thank god!! And also that was fast since my scan date is 1/19/16
