No i have no family or friends that can watch my kids my sister works to support her own kids and my mom works to support herself so.neither of them will watch plus as i mention they live over an hour away . I have no other family and only a couple friends but they wont babysit cause they have enough kids on their own so they dont want to watch anyone elses kids.

Yes we did the i601a waiver . My husband does construction work here . He has his interview next month . I know we are eligible for thos thing but im worried about where we would stay . My mom will be his sponsor . But she cant take on me and my kids and she lives over an hour away .but thanks for the advice i will just try to start prepareing myself for the worst .

We have enough just to pay august rent which is when we will be leaving and september rent

My husband is the one that is going for the interview . He is the one that works.i stay home with our son . But if he is gone for two months there will be no incoming coming in

Yea im worried about if that happens cause if it does and he isnt here to work.or pay rent mei will have no where to go

I have some question that i would like to know before my husband hs his medical exam in mexico next month . What can cause you to be denied due to that . Can being overweight cause it ? Can having asthma cause it ? Can the possibility of being prediabetic cause it ? Im more worried about the medical for my husband than i am about the interview

I have a question I did a service request on Apr 12 and received email right after saying I should receive a reply to it by May 11 . When I check online the service request still has not been assigned to anyone to look at . What would be the next step if I don't get any reply to the service request ?'Would I call and ask to speak to a supervisor?

I did timeline best i could but there was no spot for i601a waiver

Yes I have read the instructions about the form . She makes over 23000 so that over the minium requirement for two people

I know i do i864 form I have already paid my iv fee and aos fee . I have also sent my i601a and waiting for approval . My mom will be my husband sponsor . She files taxes in January thats why I said we would have her taxes in time . Also last year taxes are different than this year cause she had dependents then and this year she dont . Last time she had my nephews but my sis got a job so she will be claiming her own kids . So my mom houshold went from 3 to just her .

I have a couple questions . First you send the most recent taxes correct so if i send off my documents in feburary and have taxes done by then i can send the taxes for 2015 ? Also i only have to send one year and other years are optional?
