Has anyone got something like this?
I did a service request and got this response......
The status of this service request is:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below.Are they still doing background check? or background check is done?
Can anyone answer please..... -
Got response from Senator :
"From a review of USCIS records, we understand that your constituent's Form I-130 case received an initial examination by a supervisory officer and an adjudicating officer at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC). However, a background check process was subsequently initiated in this case; and it is not yet complete.
Don't know how long I need to wait for their decision...........

Got service request response email back from Nebraska.

Did not tell the reason why they denied.
He is legal in UK.

Recently, my husband faced interview at US Embassy in Dhaka where his UK police certificate was expired. My husband explained to Consulate Officer that he already left UK. But, CO did not agree. So, my husband had to order new police certificate through online. It came to his Bangladesh address within 14 days. So, it is better to order a new one.
